Annual Conference of the European Association of Psychology and Law

16-19 September 2020
Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, ROMANIA

Call for papers

Dear colleagues and friends,

It is with sincere regret that we have to announce that the EAPL conference in Cluj-Napoca is postponed until 2022. The decision to cancel has unfortunately become unavoidable. Even if travel and event restrictions might no longer apply in 2021, it is impossible to plan for such an event at the moment. We are extremely grateful that Laura Visu-Petra and her team are willing to host the conference in Cluj-Napoca in 2022 as well. Exact dates will be announced later.

So we look forward to seeing you in 2022 in Romania. Stay healthy!

Submitting authors will be informed of abstract acceptance/refusal.

  • Deception detection & malingering
  • Credibility assessment
  • Forensic & risk assessment

Important: At least the presenting author (who submits the abstract) must register as a participant and pay the participation fee by dates to be announced, otherwise the abstract will be automatically removed from the program at this date.
*Some poster/oral sessions will be dedicated to Romanian practitioners/students/researchers.
Authors may indicate a preference for oral/poster presentation/symposium on the abstract submission form. However, considering schedule limitations, the organizers reserve the right to reallocate some oral presentations/symposia as poster presentations/symposia.
